COFFEYVILLE — An investigation is underway following the death of an employee at a Coffeyville refinery.
The Parsons Sun said an employee at Coffeyville Resources, which is owned by Texas-based CVR energy, was undergoing maintenance Friday when the incident was reported, CVR Energy spokesperson Brandee Stephens said.
The employee was taken to the hospital and later died, Stephens said.
