Gov. Laura Kelly will talk about her plans to reopen Kansas at 6:30 tonight.

Gov. Kelly issued stay-at-home orders March 24 and other recommendations during the COVID-19 global health crisis. The governor’s order was set to expire May 3.
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment reports 3,738 positive cases with 125 deaths. Allen County has not reported any positive cases.
Kansas has been among states with the lowest testing rate, often ranking last.
