Carly Kramer leads her horse in the showmanship competition at the Allen County Fair 4-H Horse Show on Wednesday evening. The fair officially kicked off on Thursday and will continue through Sunday. The arena will be the site for mutton busting and the Bull Bash on Friday and Saturday evenings.
