MORAN — U.S. Sen. Jerry Moran will visit his namesake community Monday, as part of his ongoing Kansas Listening Tour.
Moran will be at the Moran Senior Community Center at 11:30 a.m. for lunch, followed by an hour-long town hall meeting at noon. Members of the Moran United Methodist Church will serve lunch.
The community is invited.
Monday’s visit will be the final town hall meeting of the current congressional session. The 106th Congress will be seated in January.
According to a press release from Moran’s office, Monday’s town hall will be his 1,312th since he’s been a part of the legislative branch.
