Jay Young served as the keynote speaker at the 4th Annual Southeast Kansas Soil Health Conference at Green Cover Seed on Wednesday. Young spoke to a large crowd about regenerative agriculture in dry environments, getting started with compost extract, and rotational grazing. The conference also included in-depth Cropping System and Livestock System panels, vendor and trade show, games, and door prizes. The conference continues Thursday.
