Arrest reported
Iola police officers arrested Bret Springfield, 52, Iola, for suspicion of battery, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness Friday in the 200 block of North Walnut Street.
Citation issued
Iola police officers said they mailed a citation to Sandra Heim, 51, Bronson, Sunday for suspicion of theft following an investigation at Pump N Petes in the 700 block of North State Street.
Bicycle stolen
Kenneth Fohriep told police Friday his bicycle was stolen from a storage room from a second-story storage room at the Townhouse Apartments in the 200 block of North Washington Avenue. The 26-inch, 18-speed Roadmaster is gray.
