Iolan Joyce Tarter had plenty of company for a morning stroll through south Iola this week. She took five dogs three of which are hers to the Happy Tails Dog Park on South Chestnut Street. The other two dogs are guests shes dogsitting for the week. One of the five, the black Chihuahua (second from right) is available for adoption because the owners are moving, Tarter said. Anybody interested in adopting Dallas can give the Register a call at 365-2111, and well pass the note along.
