1. Its alive!
After lying dormant since February, Chevrolet made some gasping sounds at Chicagoland on Sunday thanks to Kyle Larson, who finished second to Kyle Busch. Hey, we put on a hell of a show for you guys, and that was a blast, Larson said after trading paint with Busch.
2. Reset mindset

3. Some surprises
Aric Almirola earned his first stage point and led a race-high 70 laps, but pit-road trouble pushed him to a 25th-place finish. Young guns Erik Jones and Alex Bowman quietly scored top-10 finishes at Chicago-land. This is good momentum going into next weeks race, Bowman said.
