Rory Foster, serving life in prison for the 2006 murder of Iolan Briawna Hardrick, wants to be deported.
Foster, 30, filed a motion in Allen County District Court Wednesday seeking to be deported to what he described as his native Jamaica.
It was not immediately clear if Foster ever lived in Jamaica.
Foster is in prison for the April 26, 2006, killing of Hardrick.
His sentence included a Hard 50 provision, meaning he must remain in prison for at least 50 years before he is elible for parole, in 2058.
Foster is being held at the El Dorado Correctional Facility.
He also was convicted of aggravated rape, aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sodomy.
