Judy Middendorf was named Volunteer of the Year for GALS FCE at Humboldts annual Chamber of Commerce dinner Thursday night. Middendorfs honor was inadvertently omitted in a write-up of the banquet that appeared in Saturdays Register.
Middendorf has been with GALS since 2007 and has been instrumental in coordinating the annual Holiday Market, a yearlong effort, said Amanda Ames, club president.
