The Alliance, which covers 16 counties in this part of the state, meet twice each spring and twice each fall. More than 20 attended.
Among the other topics the Alliance members discussed were a newly developed scholarship, a push to make presentations available via live-streaming such as Facebook and a passport program, in which visitors can have their passports marked at different museums.
