Preschoolers take turns adding toppings to their own pizzas this week during a field trip to Rookie's in Iola.

Rookie’s in Iola has been abuzz with activity this week as Iola Preschool classes learned the basics of making pizza.

The students were given carte blanche to create their own pizzas (as long as the toppings were cheese and pepperoni) before the pizzas were baked for a tasty feast. 

This is the 11th year Rookie’s has hosted local preschoolers.
