A brief respite in Tuesday’s winter storm that blanketed the region in snow and bone-chilling temperatures allowed Brian Rutherford to use a skid steer affixed with a brush sweeper to clear a sidewalk near the Allen County Courthouse.
While the snow was expected to stop by Wednesday, the cold will last a few more days, forecasters said.
