Arrests reported
Iola police officers arrested Bryent Michael Dennis Sunday evening because of a reported disturbance in the 500 block of South Buckeye Street. Officers are requesting a charge of disorder conduct be filed.
Iolan Sabrina Greer and Leo Bass, Gas, were arrested Saturday afternoon for suspicion of domestic battery in the 300 block of South Second Street, officers said.
Parking mishap
Linda S. Reiter was southbound in the 500 block of North Second Street Saturday morning, and was pulling up to the west curb line, when her vehicle hit the sidewalk and damaged the right front tire.
