LAHARPE — LaHarpe City Council members will get to discuss their views on city matters at a candidate forum Monday at City Hall.
Incumbents Austin Lee and Danny Ware Jr. are seeking re-election. They’ll be joined at the forum by challenger Angela Barker. Craig Trester also has mounted a write-in campaign for one of the two Council seats.
Mayor Mae Crowell also is slated to appear. She is unopposed in the Nov. 7 election.
Audience members are invited to submit questions for the candidates.
