Iolan Ted L. Bresee, 59, faces two charges of rape and one count of aggravated criminal sodomy, after a criminal complaint was filed Monday by the Allen County Attorney’s office.
Bresee was arrested by Allen County sheriff’s deputies after they executed a search warrant in a camper in the 500 block of Park Street on April 7.
Bresee remains in custody at the Allen County Jail.
Magistrate Judge Tod Davis scheduled a status hearing for May 10.
