The Iola law practice of Bret Heim was selected on Oct. 25 to advise Neosho County Commissioners.
Working with Heim are attorneys Daniel Smith and Cliff Lee.
“It’ll be the three of us,” serving Neosho County, Heim was quoted in a recent Chanute Tribune.
Heim also serves as city attorney for Moran, Kincaid and Savonburg.
The practice is replacing Seth Jones, who recently resigned to take a position in Independence.
Also vying for the Neosho County position was the law practice Johnson & Schowengerdt of Iola, according to the Tribune.
