Early risers at the Allen County Fair this week will be treated to breakfasts each morning at the New Community Building at the Fairgrounds. Here, Chelsea Lea of Miss Chelsea’s Dance Academy prepares a serving of biscuits and gravy. The dance academy will host breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m. Friday and Sunday. Saturday’s breakfasts will be provided by the Allen County Farm Bureau.
