LAHARPE LaHarpe Police Chief Ashley Wright was suspended Wednesday, and is likely to learn later today whether she will lose her job following her Tuesday morning arrest.
Wright and her husband, David, were arrested after Allen County sheriff s deputies attempted to serve an arrest warrant against David Wright in the couples home.
David Wright, a former police chief out of Rule, Texas, was charged with theft in 2016 for not returning his badge and identification following his firing in October 2015.
