Cooper Jaro will donate $2,000 to fund improvements to the Allen County Fair buildings. The money comes from a Frontier Farm Credit – Parsons grant that Jaro wrote on behalf of Logan Pals 4-H Club, of which he is treasurer. Brett Thornton, left, and Bruce Thornton, of Farm Credit, met Jaro, a sophomore at Humboldt High School, Monday morning. Jaro said he thought it important for 4-H members to be involved in fair building updates, since theyre the main beneficiaries.
