The Neosho rises nearly to the top of the Marsh arch bridge at Humboldt; the park itself was under water.Just .40 inches of rain fell Wednesday, bringing the months total to 13.14 inches. The Neosho River water level fell below 20 feet this morning, but still above its 15-foot flood stage. More rain and thunderstorms are expected, though.
