Harvey Fulton, age 81, Stark, passed away Sunday, July 1, 2018. He was born on Feb. 27, 1937, in Westphalia to Loyal and Imogine Fulton. Harvey married Frances Lee in 1986. He was the oldest of 10 siblings. He worked as a farmer. He liked to fish and hunt. He was happiest when he was surrounded by his family and friends. He is survived by sisters Rosella Payne and Imogene and Don Brooks, and brothers Bill and Barbra Fulton, Tom Fulton, Roy and Lyn Fulton, Ronald and Diana Fulton and several nieces and nephews.
