Graduation ceremonies on tap

A busy week for high school seniors and other students abounds as the school year nears an end.
Iola High School’s class of 2010 will celebrate its senior commencement at 2 p.m. Sunday in the high school gymnasium. Allen County Community College, meanwhile, will honor its students with associates degrees during a ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the ACCC gymnasium.
Uniontown High School’s senior commencement is at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the high school gymnasium.
Crossroads Learning Center will celebrate its seniors with recognition night ceremonies at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the school gymnasium in Gas.
Crest High School’s senior commencement is at 2 p.m. Saturday in the school gymnasium. Southern Coffey County bids adieu to its senior class at 4 p.m. Saturday. Humboldt High School’s graduation is at 5 p.m. Saturday. Crest and Southern Coffey County’s ceremonies will be in their school gymnasiums. Humboldt’s will be at the Humboldt Community Fieldhouse.
Yates Center High School’s seniors will be graduated at 4 p.m. Sunday at Norris Gymnasium.
Students earning their General Education Development (GED) certification will be honored at a commencement ceremony at 7:30 p.m. May 17 at the ACCC gymnasium.
Marmaton Valley High School’s seniors will celebrate their commencement at 7 p.m. May 22 in the high school gymnasium.
