Riding a boat were parade grand marshals, representing Elsmore Ruritan, Melissa Fewins, Sharon Henderson, Kenleigh Westhoff, Marlee Westhoff, Todd Stevenson and Danny Fewins. 
Riding bikes were Ruth and Oscar Endicott, Emily and Jewell Endicott and Luke Lemmon and Hannah Endicott.
Cloudy weather did nothing to dampen spirits Saturday at the 49th annual Elsmore Rural-Town Days.
