Four people were arrested on drug charges Sunday night after Iola police conducted a search warrant at 209 S. Chestnut St.
Carson Doty was arrested and charged with possession and distribution of illegal drugs, felony and misdemeanor charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and not having a drug tax stamp.
Rodrick Lloyd, James Younkin and Misty Malone also were arrested and charged with illegal drug possession.
Iola Police Chief Jared Warner declined to identify the drugs recovered in the search warrant, identifying them only as hallucinogens.
Doty and Younkin remain in custody, according to the Allen County Sheriff’s Department. Malone was released, and and Lloyd was unaccounted for.
Warner said the search warrant resulted from a lengthy investigation by the Police Department.
