Iolan Deacon Perkins, 17, and a 15-year-old passenger suffered what deputies described as minor injuries Monday when they pulled out in front of a semitractor-trailer rig at the intersection of U.S. 169 and Oregon Road Monday.
Traffic was restricted along the highway while the wreckage was cleared.
