Any future talks of resizing the Iola City Council must come from the Council members themselves.
Iola City Administrator Sid Fleming has broached the topic on two occasions, but has received a cool to tepid response.
“I will not bring the discussion back to the Council unless I’m directed to,” Fleming said at Monday’s meeting.
