Allen County Regional Hospitals Board of Trustees is suing the contractor, Murray Company of Overland Park, but not the architect firm, HFG of Wichita, over water leaks after the building was constructed. An article in Wednesdays edition was incorrect. The trustees sought to remedy the problem with both companies, but later decided the contractor was responsible. Our apologies for the error.
