Committees working toward passage of a bond issue to build a new elementary school for USD 257 will be formed tonight beginning at 6 oclock in the assembly room of the basement of the Allen County Courthouse.
Those from Iola, Gas, and LaHarpe areas are needed to serve on either the publicity, communications, finance or voters committees.
At issue is a $25.5 million new elementary school in Iola.
