Volunteers at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church, who have made feeding the community one of their missions for the past several years, will do so again Thanksgiving Day with their annual holiday feast.

The public is invited to dine at the church at 202 S. Walnut St. in Iola from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday.

Church members are preparing a heaping helping of turkey, dressing and all the trimmings — enough to feed 200 people or more.

Guests are invited to dine at the church or call ahead at 365-7306 for carry-out orders.

The church asks only for free-will donations, the proceeds of which will be used for various St. Timothy’s outreach projects.
