ACC trustees reviewed building plans and a reconfiguration of existing space at their meeting Tuesday night.
A new patio with a game room is being considered as well as enlarging the Stadler Conference Room in the cafeteria complex of the Allen Community College campus.
Trustees considered various funding options, including general obligation bonds, certificates of participation and a revenue bond. The general obligation bonds could net the lowest interest rate, but take the longest to execute due to organizing a county election. The second avenue, certificates of participation, could happen in quick order if no significant public protest is wagered within a 30-day time period. Revenue bonds would carry the highest interest rates.
