Director of Trails

The Director of Trails plays a key role in overseeing Thrive Allen County’s bike and trail programs, with a special focus on managing Lehigh Portland State Park and coordinating with the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks (KDWP).

This role involves the maintenance of trails, recruitment and management of volunteers, and collaboration with stakeholders to advance both local and statewide trail systems.

Community Health Worker

The Community Health Worker will play an integral role in supporting individuals and families impacted by addiction within the community.

The CHW will use specialized training in addition recovery to offer peer support to individuals through their recovery journey. The CHW will provide health education, emotional support, and advocacy.

Both positions are full-time with competitive wages. Benefits package includes full premiums paid for employee’s medical insurance, IRA contributions, 120 hours of PTO, and paid holidays.
