Summer Job Opportunities

The City of Iola is now accepting applications for the following seasonal positions for Summer 2025:

Pool Managers, Morning Work Manager, Head Swim Team Instructor, Swim Lesson Coordinator and Ball Field Maintenance Workers: Qualified applicants must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Slide Attendants, Assistant Swim Team Instructor, Concession Stand Workers: Must be at least 16 years old to apply.

Lifeguards, Umpires or Score Keepers: Must be at least 15 years old to apply.

Cashiers or Swim Lesson Instructors: Must be at least 14 years old to apply.

Pre-employment drug screen and background check required. Applications and specific job descriptions are available at the Recreation Office. Please submit applications by April 11.
