On Feb. 19th, Dustin D. Hamm and Thelma I. Mayden were married in Branson, Mo.
The groom is the son of Dean Hamm, Colony, and the late Margie Hamm and the late Carol Hamm of LaHarpe. The bride is the daughter of Barry Mayden, St. Joseph, Mo., and Connie Boyd of Branson.
Mr. Hamm is a 1992 graduate of Allen County Community College. He is a former contract security specialist for Wackenhut Protective Services and is currently the owner of Kokoro Ryu School of Kobujitsu. Mrs. Hamm is an active duty technical sergeant in her 16th year with the U.S. Air Force as a mental health/substance abuse counselor. She served four years in England and had a six-month deployment in Afghanistan. She is currently stationed at Whiteman Air Force Base in Warrensburg, Mo., where the couple are making their home. Joining in the couple are his son, Ethan Hamm, Iola, and her son, Bryce Mayden, Warrensburg.
