Ten Iola United Methodist Women joined Greystone Residential Care residents in singing hymns May 23.
Afterward, the UMW members met for their regular meeting at Calvary United Methodist Church. Donna Grigsby reminded members of upcoming events: July 15-19 in Salina and Aug. 9-10 in Topeka.
The Great Plains Conference United Methodist Womens annual celebration in Topeka May 20 celebrated 150 years of UMW and its predecessors.
Jan Knewtson gave the program, Praising Music and Musicians. Scripture reading came from Psalms 150.
