Staci Rae Collins and Adam Douglas Slater, Yates Center, were married Sept. 8, 2012, at 5 p.m. at the Culbertson homestead.
Jim Uhlig officiated the wedding.
Staci is the daughter of Ray and Susie Collins, Iola. She is a teacher at Growing Place Daycare in Humboldt. She has a degree in veterinary assisting.
Adam is the son of Steve and Sharon Slater, Yates Center. He is in the U.S. Navy and is currently deployed.
The couple currently lives in Ramona, Calif.
Staci’s grandparents are Ike and Rosie Collins, Piqua. Adam’s grandmother is Ethel Strawn, Yates Center.
Melany Megenity, Humboldt, was the maid of honor. Torrie Woods, Topeka, Terra Woods, Salina, and Tia Green, Yates Center, were the bridesmaids.
Justin Dempsay, Wichita, was the best man. George Goodell, Piqua, Seth Davis, Yates Center, and Paul O’Brien, Yates Center, were the groomsmen.
Luke Collins, Piqua, and Ty McDonald, Yates Center, were ushers.
