HUMBOLDT South Logan FCE members enjoyed the lesson on Make Your Day A Little Smoother at the Tuesday meeting at Humboldt Public Library.
Carollyn Barnett shared information and recipes for making and serving smoothies.
They are a snap to prepare, she said, fun to serve, and are a nutritious drink for all ages.
Recipes can be found in magazines, books, on the internet and at the Extension Office.
Mary White presided at the business meeting. Discussion included ideas for the Allen County Fair booth, helping at the fair, and other upcoming events.
The next meeting will be at 1:30 p.m., July 16 at the library.
