Arrests reported

A traffic stop Sunday evening in the 200 block of North Washington Avenue led to the Iola Police Department’s arrest of Amanda Rogers, 36, Iola, for suspicion of possessing methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended (second offense) and no vehicle liability insurance. Also arrested was Riley Ridout, 59, Iola, for suspicion of possessing methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of a weapon.

Officers arrested Tina Wickey, 44, Iola, for suspicion of driving a vehicle without a license Sunday in the 700 block of East Madison Avenue.

Allen County sheriff’s deputies arrested Joseph M. Leftwich, 35, Neosho Falls, for suspicion of driving while suspended and felony fleeing and attempting to elude law enforcement. Deputies said Leftwich also was wanted for a Kansas Department of Corrections warrant.

Brady A. Jack, 24, Iola, was arrested by IPD Wednesday for suspected aggravated criminal sodomy.

Joshua B. Mann, 39, Iola, was arrested April 11 by Iola officers for suspicion of aggravated assault and felony interfering with law enforcement.

Deputies arrested Tracey L. Womelsdorf, 28, LaHarpe, for suspicion of disorderly conduct April 8.

Officers arrested Caleb W. Holderfield, 18, Iola, April 8 for suspicion of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.

Humboldt police officers arrested Matthew A. King, 36, Humboldt, April 8 for suspected aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal possession of a weapon.

Caysha L. Adams, 23, Bronson, was arrested April 8 for a warrant relating to cruelty to animals charges, deputies said.

Deputies arrested Glenda L. White, 21, Omaha, Neb., April 6 for a warrant out of Nebraska.

Humboldt officers arrested Jayson E. Ports, 22, Chanute, April 5 for suspicion of trespassing and disorderly conduct.

Jeffrey D. Beisley, 37, Altoona, was arrested by Humboldt officers April 1 for suspicion of driving while suspended and possessing drug paraphernalia. He also was wanted on a warrant out of Wilson County.

Tackle taken

Tim Stinnett reported  Iola Police Friday several pieces of fishing equipment were stolen from the 600 block of North Tennessee Street.
