Arrest reported
Casey Tush, 36, Iola, was arrested by Iola police officers May 20 for suspicion of theft in the 2200 block of North State Street.
Pickup hit
An unknown motorist struck a pickup owned by Susan D. Ramirez-Nieto while it was parked May 20 in the 600 block of East Rock Street, Iola police officers reported.
The driver of the other vehicle, which was painted black, left, without reporting the incident.
Fraud reported
Carla Stierwalt told officers Monday her financial information had been used fraudulently.
Citations issued
Robert Burress and Kristina Diaz, who live in the 400 block of South Walnut Street, were cited by Iola officers Saturday for improper care/cruelty to animals.
Graffiti reported
Ryan Maddox told officers May 23 graffiti was spray-painted on his garage in the 400 block of South Second Street. An investigation continues.
