Tires cut

Kim Stout told Iola police officers Wednesday that her vehicles had six tires cut with a knife on four vehicles all in the 300 block of North Cottonwood Street.

Damage was valued altogether at $785.

Sexual assault case reported

Iola officers have initiated an investigation into a sexual assault they were told occurred years ago. The report was made on Wednesday.

Vehicles collide

Larry L. Coltrane and Joseph C. Riebel were both southbound in pickups along the 200 block of State Street on Feb. 13 when Iola police officers said Coltrane turned into the path of Riebel’s vehicle.

Neither driver was injured in the collision.

Window damaged

Glenda Goff told officers that her window was broken in the 500 block of North Jefferson Avenue. Officers were uncertain whether the damage was due to vandalism or caused by wind.
