Arrest reported

A traffic stop at the intersection of Lincoln and Kentucky streets Sept. 17 led to the arrest of Kyleigh A. Schwilling-Crites, 22, for suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia, Iola police officers reported.

Officers arrested Nathan Patton Wednesday at the Allen County Courthouse after learning he was wanted on a warrant out of Woodson County. 

Wallet stolen

Jacob Browning, LaHarpe, told police officers Sept. 16 a wallet was stolen from his vehicle while it was parked in the 700 block of East Madison Avenue. The theft occurred around 6 p.m. on Sept. 13, Browning said.

Lawn furniture moved

Mason Snavely told Iola police officers Sept. 16 that somebody entered his yard in the 400 block of McGuire Drive and moved his lawn furniture around his vehicle, which was parked in his driveway.

Phone harassment reported

Jason Bauer told Iola police officers Sept. 16 he was the victim of telephone harassment. A suspect was identified.

Citation issued

Officers cited Leslie Duke for suspicion of driving without valid insurance Sept. 16 at the intersection of Madison Avenue and Colborn Street.
