Vehicles collide
Peyton D. Wallace was attempting to turn from U.S. 54 onto a private driveway on the east edge of town June 1 when his pickup collide with an eastbound car driven by Peter J. Smardo, Iola police officers said.
Neither was injured.
Vehicle burglarized
Steven Gedry told officers Friday morning his vehicle was burglarized in the 500 block of North Third Street, and a personal check had been taken from his glove box.
Window damaged
Officers discovered a damaged garage door window Saturday morning at Frank’s Body Shop in the 200 block of West Street.
