On Sept. 1, Iola Police arrested Michael Fisher in the 500 block of North Buckeye Street on suspicion of being a pedestrian under the influence and interference with law enforcement.

On Sept. 6, a vehicle driven by Kyla Wertz backed out of a driveway in the 200 block of North Fourth Street and struck a vehicle driven by Robin Lieurance.
