On Aug. 30, Rodney Northrip was arrested in the 400 block of East Monroe Street on suspicion of domestic battery and criminal restraint.
On Sept. 1, Jahlynn Mashburn was cited for expired tag at North State Street and Oregon Road.
On Sept. 2, Dustin Hoss was arrested on suspicion of theft and interference with law enforcement at Regency Inn.
