Accident
On Feb. 9, a vehicle driven by Shannon Ward was headed north on State Street when it struck another northbound vehicle driven by Deborah Ballard.
Arrests
On Feb. 10, Claudio Dominguez-Rozon, 21, and Johnaidy Cruz, 19, both of New York, were arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia during an investigation of a suspicious vehicle at 1606 N. State St.
