Jeff and Tonda Wolfe, Juneau, Alaska, announce the birth of a daughter, Bara Oaka Wolfe, born at 1:32 p.m., Sept. 4, 2018.
Oaka weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces at birth and was 20 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Jack and Katherine Hewitt Rader of Eaton, Ohio.
Paternal grandparents are Brian Wolfe and Susan Lynn, Iola, and the late Barbara Somers Wolfe.
