MORAN — Marmaton Valley High School senior Allison Heim has been chosen as a recipient of the Wanda Kay Vinson Scholarship for 2020.
She was among the honorees announced through the Kansas Association for Youth (KAY) program. The scholarship is valued at $200.
She is the daughter of Bret and Angelea Heim, rural Moran.
Scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors based on their leadership within KAY, scholastic standing and through school and community service.
