Warmer, dryer weather is certain to hype the anticipation for fresh produce at the Allen County Farmers Market.
On top of the fresh produce, baked goods, food items and hand-crafted items at Thursdays session in downtown Iola, Master Gardeners will be on hand to answer gardening questions. Thursdays market runs from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Jefferson Avenue on the square.
The Saturday market is open from 8 to 11 a.m on the square in downtown Humboldt. Fresh produce and baked goods are available, as are hand-crafted items, such as jewelry, soap and coasters.
Tuesdays Farmers Market runs from 1 to 4:30 p.m. at 700 N. State St. in Iola.
Debit and EBT cards are accepted, while eligible buyers can participate in the Double Up Food Bucks program.
