Joel Andrew Tidd and Leslie Ann Devine, both of Bremerton, Wash., announce their engagement and pending marriage.
The couple will be married June 16, 2018, in Sequim, Wash.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Cathy Devine, Poulsbo, Wash. Her grandparents are Judy Glenn, Seabeck, Wash., and the late John Glenn.
She has a bachelor of music, applied piano, degree from The Master’s University, Los Angeles, Calif., and works as a self-employed piano teacher.
The groom-to-be is the son of David and Laura Tidd, Iola, and the late Julie Tidd. His grandparents are Melvin and Eunice Tarum, McPherson, Ina Day, Iola, and Frank Tidd, Neosho Falls.
He has a bachelor of science degree in applied mathematics from the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, Md., and works as supply officer for the U.S. Navy. Tidd is currently stationed on USS Nimitz (CVN-68), Bremerton.
