Scott and Beth Culley, Lyndon, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Kayla Culley, to Craig Smith, son of Richard and Sue Smith, Parsons.
The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Lyndon High School and a 2008 graduate of Pittsburg State University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She is employed as a child care director at the YMCA in Pittsburg. She is the granddaughter of John and Nellie Miles, Topeka, and Delores and Clarence Culley and Maynard Cowan, all of Lyndon.
The groom-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Parsons High School and will graduate from PSU in December with a bachelor’s degree in plastics engineering technology. He is employed by Plastics Resource Group in Pittsburg. He is the grandson of the late Frank and Mae Sicka, Iola, and the late Bernard and Marie Smith, Williamsburg.
The couple are planning a July 16 wedding at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Parsons.
